Yes, you can go for MBA in Germany. In Germany you will get affordable universities for PG courses. You can also work for your daily expenses. You can easily earn there too.

You can go for B.Sc but it is not possible to get any top college for that. But there are some average colleges where you can get admission. Search out the best college you find and go for that.

Dear,
In my thinking you can do MS in C/S or IT after MCA because for MS in foreign university requires 70% in graduation in 10 +2+4 system i.e. 16 years of study in total. As after BCA there is one year shortage - for pursuing MS you need to complete MCA.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then MCA/ M.Sc. ( IT) is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.
