For BCS, you need to complete your class 12th with Maths, as the main subject. So, I am sorry that you cannot do BCS from Maharashtra State Board. But, yes if you are not from Maharashtra, then you can enquire this to the concerned person or else you could choose to do distance learning education.

Getting a top grade colleges like VESIT, MIT SOM, VIT-Pune etc. For a non-Maharashtra students, it is difficult. You need to have at least percentile of 105-120 with respect to the colleges. And, doing your Master's degree from a college that is less in repo is not a good option. You can try for direct admission with this score to these college.

I would like to share few things have a look.
Since we know that in India hardly any one goes for robotic course, and because of this reason university/colleges are also lacking behind providing this course due to the insufficient of students. But, still some of the colleges/university are still having course in Robotics. Mostly courses include PG programme in Robotics. Candidates should have passed Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA/B.Sc. (IT/ Computer Science) with Mathematics/ Statistics as a subject at 10+2 level or at graduation level with at least 50% marks (45% in the case of SC/ST Category) in the qualifying examination from any recognised University. This is the basic criteria to pursue MCA through lateral entry.
