B.Tech is a better option as it is a professional degree/ course, whereas, B.Scn and BCA are not professional but are simple/ regular degrees. These days we have many branches available for B.Tech. Some of them are there for long like ECE, CSE, EE, Mech., Civil, etc. But with the passage of time, the impact of technology has increased due to which many new branches have come up like Biotech, Food Tech., Nanotech, Agri., Mechatronics, etc. Many reputed private universities are offering these B.Tech specializations. I don't think ABBS (Acharya Bangalore B-School) has B.Sc. in Computer Science.
