I would prefer you to join Amity University-Noida. It is the only college with international tie-ups with companies and placements plus the environment is awesome for the coders and software developers.

You can apply to wide range of universities, your graduation percentage is good, but not your GRE. So, you can apply for both some competitive and medium ranked universities. It is quite difficult to suggest names, because the universities have different selectivity criteria and depends on the student profile. Moreover, you did not specify your field of study. Check state universities like Colorado State University, Kansas State University, Pittsburgh State University etc.
