I completely agree with Akshay Bajaj's answer. VLSI stream has great scope and the Industry needs resources in huge numbers. India is a highly attractive destination for global R&D centers owing to the availability of talent, as well as lower cost, compared with the US and Western Europe. No, it is not mandatory but you should have knowledge of basic maths as some of the applications are important in the course.

Hi,
If you already have work experience in the IT sector before doing your MBA, then looking for higher up positions in the same technical ladder would make sense and would be easy too. You have an MBA plus technical exposure which makes you very eligible. But if you are planning to make a new move and haven't been in IT at all, then depending on which exact domain, research what is the scope and technical requirement. Hi Satyam, no, unfortunately, MCA course is not available at BITS, Pilani. You can try for colleges like BIT Mesra, Amity University and other institutes who have MCA in their curriculum. Best Wishes.
