Hello dear,
don't think so there are any, but there are many colleges that will teach you great programming skills. You will have to put efforts on your side to learn to programme specifically for games. Although many of the programming techniques you would learn, in a course like a computer engineering, are being widely used in game development, for example, pathfinding, optimizations, AI, etc. Also if you see requirements for an entry-level programming job in the game industry you would find most of them would ask for a Bachelor's in computers & proficiency in C+ & most importantly passion and knowledge of games, and this is the case
