Hello Nishith,
Its tough to transfer from one state to another. Even lateral admissions are difficult. However, private unaided colleges or deemed to be universities will accept your candidature. First decide on the college and then check with it directly about procedure to be followed.

I would say a big no. Never go behind the brand name of a college but see the curriculum they have and what they are actually offering to students, the placement and package for the degree you want to pursue there. Don't trust college posters, banners or other marketing materials.
Try to get in touch with the students out their in the institution you are willing to pursue your studies via the social network, or have a visit to the campus and interact with them. All the best.

That would be difficult to get into. Most of the universities and colleges demand +2 pass with maths as a compulsory subject for The 3 year BCA programme. IPU CET SET are some common university entrance exam. But there are certain colleges which does not require maths as a compulsory subject to join the course. But they prefer a Science or maths student over others.
