You can get admission, but only if you have done any Diploma of three years. Only then, you can get admission directly in second year.

The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent(diploma degree), with minimum50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.

There is an admission test scheduled for 13th June. Once the results come out, the admission will start. On the spot admission is scheduled for 27th June.

BCA Course: Selection Process
The selection for admission to BCA is generally based on the performance in the written test. Certain universities like the Christ University, Bangalore, also conduct a personal interview for selection to the programme. The final selection is based on the cumulative performance in written test, personal interview and qualifying examination. Below is a list of institutes which conduct entrance test for admission to BCA programme. Indira Gandhi National Open University

Yes, you can get admission in BCA after securing 55% marks in your class 12th, because the least marks a student should secure for getting an admission in any field or any stream subject is 45% to 50%, and you are above that. Hence, you can give the entrance exam to get admission.
