You can go for college in which BCA programme is available and can apply for the same. As your marks seem too low, so you have to try for admission.

With a 3-year degree you are not eligible for Masters in Canada and if you do MS in India you won't be eligible to apply for a second Masters in Canada. So you can do PG Diploma from a SPP college and see if you can do your Masters. It will be difficult if you don't get good grades.
