Yes, you are eligible to pursue a course in EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA) from the Quest Institute of Knowledge. Basic eligibility to pursue this course is that Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board. Interested candidate can apply directly to the college. Regards.

For doing BCA, you have must completed you intermediate from any recognized board. Minimum 50% is required! Many of the institution provide BCA to non-maths students! Whereas many institutions do not provide to non-maths students.
If you want to enroll in this course prepare for top universities entrance exams like Christ university Bangalore! They take an entrance and interview!
