If you are good at coding and have basic concepts about general computer Science subjects then as per my suggestion you should try for MCA unless cost of pursuing it is unaffordable by you. If you intend to pursue MCA then please try to pursue it from a reputed institute through their entrance examinations. You will get there campus placement opportunities. Secondly, you should try to upgrade your skills in one or more domains like web development, Advanced Java, Android programming, Big Data programming (Hadoop, Apache Spark etc. ), Python for data analytics etc. These skills will make you industry ready and will be you competitive ed

Yes, you can join MCA after doing B.Sc. Condition is that you should have mathematics as the main subject
Also, to take admission in a good college, you should secure 60%.

Among BCA, B.Sc and B.Tech, you can select any course, selection of best course among above depends upon the college in which you are going to pursue that course, because college matters more than course. Example, if you have completed your B.Tech from a normal college and the same course from any IIT College, both are too different.
