It's indeed heartening to know that you have scored quite well in your Diploma. Though I can't fathom, appreciate your desire not to do engineering in graduation. But what next? If you have done Diploma after 12th, you can think of doing graduation in any subject of your choice or passion. You can do career in one of your passions viz. singing or painting or dancing, etc.

You are already in the second year of engineering. I would like to advise you to continue your engineering studies and then only think of switching to game developer abroad. BE will give you a great boost in your quest for gaming also.

If you are asking about Ethical hacking course then it should be between 18k-34k. The certification cost of EC council as below:
