There is nothing like B.Tech in distance mode. You must go to a regular college for B.Tech degree. If you have cleared BCA then why do you want to go for B.Tech? I don't think that it makes any sense. I think you must go for MBA or MCA.

Of course you can. There are different universities abroad offering really varied types of courses. But unfortunately such information has to be obtained individually. I would advise you to approach an agency specialising in this area. There are very many nuances in whole process and you must get them all right.

I would recommend you to join 1-year Diploma course in hardware instead of 3 years Diploma because hardware is not such a big course, details mentioned below:
