Hi Rohit, university scholarships are available, these are given by the universities on merit-basis, you will find detailed information on university websites. For example check this page on University of Pennsylvania's website for scholarships available for international students

Dear,
I suggest you that after completing your 10+2 you can choose some courses viz. B.Tech, B.Sc. with statistics and etc. If you want to do b.tech. then firstly try for IITs or NITs and then you can try for private universities and colleges. In this series I want to suggest you that you can visit the campus of Anand international college of engineering, which provides such aspects as follows:
(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad.(b) global exposure by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc.(c) Fl
