You can learn PHP after completing B.Com. It will build your career in the field of website development and you can be placed in top MNC's as a PHP developer.

You may go for this course instead of MCA:
1.M.Tech
It is a Master's degree course in your subjects that you have completed your B.Tech in.
For this, you have to appear for GATE. As per your score, you will get admission in different colleges.
2.MBA
This is a course related to management.
For this, you have to appear for different exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.

What is your passion? What subjects interests you? All this should decide your actions. Any field is bright provided you are willing to work hard. You can become an entrepreneur and have a big show selling computers!

If you are planning for a job in IT industry as a developer or tester, you are advised to seek lateral entry admission in MCA for a long and meaningful career. If you are targeting Government jobs then it's better to prepare and appear in Competitive Examinations.

Tarun, if your overall result card says you are pass in spite of failing in your additional subject then you can take admission in BCA.
Most of the Govt. universities are almost done with their entrance exams, so now you are left with the option of trying for admission in private universities. Try for admission in good private universities like LPU, SMU, CU, etc. All these are academically good campuses and offer good placements.
Take your relevant documents and meet the university people for a proper confirmation that you fulfill their eligibility criteria and are eligible for admission
