Both B.Sc CS and BCA are similar degrees with minor or difference in syllabus. BCS is Mathematically focused. BCA is Application focused. You must choose any based on college reputation, type of faculty and placement records.

It's difficult to get in reputed colleges but yes you can get into other colleges. Even if you get into reputed colleges, you'll have to do hard work and will get the provisional study. But if you complete your 12th with CBSE then it's harder than you think.

No, you can't get admission in IIT's for M.Sc programmes. They are only available along with B.Sc programs as integrated courses of 5-years.
