I have not clearly understood your query. What is BCA without graduation? You can definitely seek admission to BCA based on your 12th marks even if you have passed in 2014.

You need to score a minimum of 50% in HSC to pursue BCA.

BCOP - Backward Cast Open Rank Category and BCAF is Backward Cast Air Force/Army Quota

You can seek admission in BCA but your choice of Universities or Colleges is restricted. You may evaluate doing BCA from Symbiosis University, IGNOU, etc which accepts non Maths students in BBA.

B.Sc in IT is a good graduation degree for those who want to make a career in IT or ITES industries. B.Sc in IT is not a sufficient qualification for long term career in IT. You may plan your education up to M.Sc in IT or MCA.
