You can consider B.Sc computer science as it is equivalent to B.Tech CS. You can become a software engineer after taking an additional small course after B.Sc CS.

Some IITs do offer robotics but not at B.Tech level. Robotics is offered as a subject when you approach for M.Tech in IIT Kanpur, Mumbai or BHU. But if you want to pursue robotics later, it is advisable to choose Mechanical, electronics or computer science at B.Tech level.

Go for the BCA, it is based on computer applications, it is a backend course, it has a big scope in the fields like cyber security, web designing and development, animation and graphic designer and much more. On the other hand, B.Sc will only make you a science graduate.

MCA is treated equivalent to B.Tech CS and is the second most accepted qualification in Indian IT industry. It is a better educational qualification for long-term career growth. If you do not have any personal constraints, you are advised to seek lateral entry admission in MCA. You can do PG Diploma in data science after MCA.
