B.Sc CS from DU is a good option only if you are unable to get B.Tech CSE in a good Engineering colleges. You will have to do M.Sc CS to match career with B.Tech CSE grads even after B.Sc CS from DU.

For graduates, job opportunities exist in government as well well as private sector. Also, self-employment options are available. After BCA, which is an Undergraduate course, graduates may take up government jobs that require a graduation degree (for example- Armed Forces, nationalised banks, PSUs etc).
When it comes to the private sector, software MNCs are the prime recruiters. Web hosting, IT sector, Electronics Industry are some other sectors that recruit BCA graduates.
