MBA is the best one. Already you have technical knowledge of IT. So, instead of doing MCA if you do MBA it will add more to your career. MBA is all about business and how to look after a business. Almost all IT firms nowadays are looking for technical + Management knowledge. So, it is better pursue MBA Instead of MCA or LLB.

Presidency College, Madras is the best option for BCA, If you want to take admission in a university then Amity University or LPU is the best option.

Yes, UPES, Dehradun is good college for B.Tech in Computer science in cloud computing. But, to get admission in it, you have to first clear the eligibility exam of UPES and according to your score in that, you can get branch there.

I would suggest you to Maharishi Markandeshwar University (MMU, Mullana), Ambala, for this integrated course of 5 years. Your admission will be based upon your 12th class performance. Go online on this university's site and apply for it.

The general eligibility criteria is 10+2 passed from a recognized board with PCM subjects OR passed valid (and relevant) 3 years long Diploma course from a recognized institute.
But it has been noticed that eligibility criteria may vary from one institute to another. But reputed institutes stick to the criteria that has been mentioned above.
Reputed institutes rely on merit based admission process. Marks scored by students in 10+2 board exam and/or relevant entrance test is taken into consideration. Based on the marks scores, a merit list is formed.

B.Tech in CS is 4 year duration course where as B.Sc CS is a 3 year duration course. B.Tech in CS is a professional degree where as B.Sc in CS is a normal degree. Practical knowledge of a B.Tech in CS graduate and B.Sc CS graduate will be different. Pay scale after securing a job for both B.Tech in CS graduate and B.Sc CS graduate will be different.
