B.Sc is based on theory while BCA has some theory + application. So, to choose, theory is something like boring. So, you can go for BCA.

No, if you discontinued in the middle, no college provides it. Just complete your studies or ask your college authorities if they allow to give you only exams so that the job people will allow you to continue to work and studies.

Shubham, for a government job, you need to crack a test irrespective of the mode of degree. LPU offers approved courses through distance mode that can enable with the objectives of a particular course.
In case you are not working somewhere better would be to opt for regular MCA, so that you can get better benefits like placements, scholarships etc.
