Ideally, you should study B.Tech / BCS with specialisation in cyber security and then do Masters in the same field.

The Linux open source operating system, or Linux OS, is a freely distributable, cross-platform operating system based on Unix that can be installed on PCs, laptops, netbooks, mobile and tablet devices, video game consoles, servers, supercomputers and more.
Basic Features:
1) Portable - Portability means software can works on different types of hardware in same way. Linux kernel and application programs support their installation on any kind of hardware platform.
2) Open Source - Linux source code is freely available and it is community based development project.

I don't know clearly, but I think B.Tech CS give you high salary than MCA.

Robotics engineering is a different department and has good scope in the USA and UK. Robotics engineers make use of computer-aided designs.

Computer Science is mainly related to courses of software languages and its basics. All web based and mobile based applications need sound knowledge of basics of software languages. Information Technology is not purely based computer but also has some subjects of telecom like antenna and TV, cellular and mobile communication.
