Web designing is a very crowded specialisation in the field of computer software development therefore, to get a job or break in as an independent consultant is difficult. Cyber security is a niche area of expertise. Cyber crimes are the major threat to business enterprises and government entities. As per KPMG report, most of the top 500 business enterprises have reported information security breach in the year 2015. Therefore, you are advised to prefer cyber security over web designing.

BCA and B.Tech in IT syllabus overlap by 50% but for some subjects, the depth of coverage is more in B.Tech in IT. B.Tech in IT provides sound theoretical concepts and background to Students in comparison to BCA students. Market acceptance of B.Tech in IT is higher in comparison to BCA graduates.

Hi Karan,
Unfortunately, without maths, things will be difficult. And secondly, there is no BCA, its a degree in India only. You will find BS degrees in computer related courses, there are plenty. You have to check college websites and email them directly, ask them if you can complete a pre-admission course in maths and then be eligible to apply for a computer course. Check this
