BCA is often regarded as the preparatory course for the MCA. MCA degree is a Master degree and therefore, provides a thorough knowledge of the subject in comparison to a BCA degree. BCA and MCA are both related to the courses pertaining to computer applications. BCA covers the subjects on an introductory basis. However, in MCA, in-depth knowledge of the subjects is provided. Career opportunities are also better with a MCA degree as it is a Masters degree. So, you must go for MCA after BCA.

Both the courses are from different fields and have their own importance in their respective areas. But then, also I will opine you that BHM will have a wider scope as it is an emerging field.
Now, it depends on your interest which field you will choose.
All the best.

Hi,
Everything is the best in it's own field. Since, I am from IT infrastructure, I would suggest to go for Cloud Computing, VMware, Networking or Microsoft Server and Client management. Apart from that, DBA, SAS, SAP, Big data, BIG have very good exposure. If you have an inclination towards programming or coding, Angular JS is in demand.
