B.Tech is almost equivalent to MCA and sometimes B.Tech students get preference over MCA students. So, if you are getting B.Tech in a good college then you should go for it.

If you are a PCM student with computer or biology, it will be easier else if you are from commerce stream then maths will be easy with little effort and the syllabus differs for every university so don't worry for maths. BCA degree will help you to get placed easily in the Indian railways and in the banking sector.

You may pursue PGDCA (Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications ) and if some institute provides PGDCA on cloud computing then go for that. Otherwise, MCA is also a good choice.
