BCA graduates are employed by small and medium size IT and ITES companies. In addition, business enterprise hires BCA graduates in their IT Departments and computer operations.
Large IT companies employ BCA graduates only in production or apps support roles. Employment opportunities for BCA graduates are less until they do a post-graduation degree such as MCA.

Dear,
It is possible. Before starting you should have primary knowledge of computer hardware, basic knowledge of different topology through which computers are connected. you should know network Fundamentals like LAN, MAN, WAN. Have a primary idea on OSI layered architecture. Basic IP addressing scheme. It is not verify difficult. Collect a book on computer networking. Go through. Then, go for CCNA. I think if you have that sort keenness and you are sincere enough you must be succeeded.
Best wishes.
