Hi,
Instead of going with a particular subject where opportunities are less go with packages. Complete your graduation along with computer related course so that you will get better opportunities.

Both M.Sc CS & MCA are equally good courses. M.Sc CS students have a very good theoretical background of Computer Science subjects whereas MCA students have very good exposure on Computer Applications. Indian IT industry's primarily business and major revenue is from Application Development and Support projects because of which MCA graduates have minor edge over M.Sc graduates. However, I will suggest you evaluate and select degrees based on Institute's reputation, brand image and placement record not on whether it is M.Sc CS or MCA.

There are multiple job opportunities available in the field of IT. As per NASSCOM Indian, IT Industry revenues grew by 13% in FY 2015 and it added 2,30,000 employees in FY15. NASSCOM has forecasted that IT industry exports will grow by 12-14% and domestic market by 15-17% in FY2016. It is an excellent career opportunity. Although Indian IT industry is showing early sign off decline, it is still a good career option after Masters in Computer Science trip.
