For pursuing BCA, some institutes need any one of mathematics/business maths/computer application as one of the subjects in +2. Some Institutes need math as a compulsory subject in +2. There is no uniform eligibility criteria for admission in BCA.

You can get CEH from good institutions or you can do B.Tech from good institutions.

The definition of the best varies from person to person and is influenced by personal inclinations and ones strength. BCA, B.Sc IT, B.Tech IT are some of the options, opt for the one that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyse the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission.

Check out the eligibility for BHU MCA PET 2017 and apply accordingly:
Bachelor degree under at least 10+2+3 pattern in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate, (including all subjects studied at Bachelor's level except those subjects where only pass marks are required and which do not contribute to the total in the final (degree) mark-sheet) with Mathematics as one of the subjects at either Intermediate or +2 (10+2) or equivalent examination, or, Bachelor level (as a main or a subsidiary subject).

Both fields have good career opportunities but B.Tech can provide you job in various sectors.
The study of B.Tech is a little harder than BCA but it is better in career prospects.
