It depends on your interest, and efforts given for learning. I think, you can go with engineering. Else, you can pursue BCA followed by MCA.

M.Tech is a good option among the three. You will get opportunities in PSUs as well as in Private sector. IITs are good to pursue M.Tech. A good score in GATE will make you eligible for PSUs interviews.

BCA and MBA in IT will be better for career. But, if you are interested in business finance, then BBA and MBA will be the better option.

The minimum eligibility criteria to pursue ethical hacking course is you should have completed HSC or diploma in Computer Science. However, it is recommended to have knowledge of programming languages and networking courses before opting for Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) course.

I would recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.
You can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA/ CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also opt for CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification courses, if you wish to.
You need to ensure that you pursue these courses alongside a degree course, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc, etc. for better outcome.
