Hi Sai,
SAT is not a course. It is an entrance exam to study abroad and you cannot compare C+ and SAT because they have no relation.

Yes, it would be a good option. However, a better option would be to pursue MBA in information technology management (IT).

To pursue MS or MCA in any of the countries mentioned, you have to pursue B.Tech or a degree. You also have to crack GRE to study in USA and some universities of Australia and Canada. You have to appear for IELTS or TOEFL. The minimum score in GRE is 300 and in IELTS is 6.5 or 80 in TOEFL to get admission in a decent university.
