Commerce stream students can do BCA provided they have mathematics in class 12th. Very limited universities such as IGNOU allows students to do BCA, even if they do not have mathematics in class 12th.

You need to complete your BCA with 70% to 80% marks to get a decent university in USA. Secondly, if you want to take MBA, you have to give GMAT or if you want to go in engineering then you have to score well in GRE. Thirdly, it is compulsory to give and clear TOEFL paper for English language proficiency.

If you are already working and all you need is a degree to get promoted then going for distance course is a good option. But if you are looking to get some knowledge or want to get a job on the basis of that, then it is a bit difficult.

If you are well qualified you need not necessarily do a course. But pursuing a full time course in the country abroad gives you certain benefits such as degree recognition, post study work permit, PR options etc. English proficiency tests like TOEFL or IELTS are also required. Study as per your career plans. You will know the kind of jobs you are looking for. For more information on jobs you must refer to job portals. I don't think you will find job vacancy information here.
