Hi Arjun,
Some really good universities for IT studies in Australia are: RMIT, Monash University, University of Melbourne, La Trobe University, Victoria Universityand Deakin University. These are Australia's top universities also located in Melbourne. With a good qualification, good academic performance from a good university you can manage to find a job, if you have the skillset.

Mani, I doubt you can as they have admission test for MCA.
Most of the government universities offer MCA on basis of entrance test only. In case you have missed out on all of them then try for admission in good private universities where you will get quality education and good placements. Some of them even offer scholarships.
Check websites of some universities for more details.
Good luck.

Apart from this in your vicinity you have good private universities like GNA, LPU, etc offering the course.
LPU is offering good placements and scholarships to students.
