Oh this is not tough to answer. cisco is a brand leading jn equipments and anyone who is comfortable with cisco devices is in demand in companies who are not even using cisco devises. its almost like a standard.

Every services and products company are moving to E-Commerce with mobile interface support. There is a general shortage of good trained mobile developers. BCA with another qualification on mobile technology will provide you good job opportunities as mobile developers. It will be a good career strategy to do MCA by distance learning.

There are not many reputed colleges for MBA in IT or project management specialization. Its always better to do general MBA. Specialization in operations or finance which would lead to better scope on project management. IT is a broad stream where you would require MBA in various fields.

Nikhil, you can go for MBA. MBA offers great career opportunities.
MBA has a broader scope having to fulfill the responsibilities at the managerial levels. If you have the gift of doing well as a team member and leader and manage people well, an MBA might be a better option for you.
There are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc  student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.

Yes Hardik, MCA is a good career choice. MCA is a technical course concerned with the information systems and how to make the best possible use of the latest technologies.
It is not always that the students who have done BCA/ B.Sc CS/ B.Sc IT only they go for MCA. Even other graduates opt for MCA because of the good career opportunities that are available after completing MCA. So, the syllable starts from the grass-root level keeping in mind all the students.
Now, some institutions offer admission in MCA on basis of entrance tests, some give direct admission on basis of marks in previous qualification.
