Shakti, MBA IT is a combination of software and administration where as MCA degree is purely related to software. MBA IT facilitates you to have administrative job in IT field. MCA degree helps you to get in to the role of software professional. If you want to come in Management Line then you can do MBA IT, if you want to stay in technical then choose MCA.
Even pay packages differ for the two. MBAs are paid more and most of the top posts are managerial so MBAs have an upper hand.

Shivam in four years you will be taught 4 languages- C, C+, Java, C#. In case yours is an hons.course then you will also be taught Swift lang.

B.tech IT, bsc hons, and then BCA in order 9f preference as per the job market trend. But it also depends on your own skill set and interests so compare the course structure of each and decide.
