Yes! You will be able to make any app like whatsapp or any android app because most of the student go for android courses in their 2nd year summer vacations! Where they learn android and only a 2nd year BCA student will only be able to do android couse because it requires CORE JAVA knowledge! Or we can say that a person having good knowledge of CORE JAVA is eligible ! First year student is not eligible!

Best college for doing BCA in the whole DELHI is VIPS (Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies)! You should go for it because it is best in terms of everything like infrastructure, faculty, placement, etc. I am telling it to you from my personal experience! Yes. Graduates in any stream can do MBA course. As you have IT background, it is better to do MBA in Systems / IT.

Dear ghanshyam. you are 100% true. suppose without PG you joined job got experience that is ok. But at the time of promotion. organisations look higher qualifications most the time. so better to have higher qualifications in order to get promotions etc. i prefer you should have good qualifications. all the best.

After doing Diploma in H&N, you may qualify for L1 engineer of Service Desk. These days companies demand more that mere Diploma in H&N i.e. CCNA,MCSE or CompTIA certifications.
I would suggest if certifications are difficult for you then at least take a professional training on CCNA and CompTIA A+ courses.
