B.Tech and MCA offer more job opportunities as compared to BCA and for getting a job you need to have a strong technical knowledge along with the required degree

BTech CS is a 4 years engineering gradation degree. BCA is 3 year degree course. Indian IT industry prefers BTECH CS over BCA. BTech CS degree holder are able to get better campus placement.

With BCA you may not be to get job in top IT companies or MNCs. You will take few years experience to catch with MCA graduates salaries. Also you might face challenges for onsite assignments. I am of the opinion that you must do MCA for a long term successful IT career. If you are not in position to do MCA now because of personal reasons then you must plan higher education by distance learning while in job.
