Hi Shyam,
Candidates who are applying for the degree and diploma courses in hacking must be residents of India. They must have cleared their Bachelors degree from any background with a score of 55 percent marks. The applicants must not be less than 21 years of age when they apply for the course.
There are well known institutes in India offering courses in Ethical Hacking. You may refer the link below and further refine the search as per your location preference. Individual institutions hold their own entrance exams in hacking.

Dear Shubham,
You can do it from ignou without any doubt though that's valid degree and value of its study module But if you can than go for Regular mode for your study.
Through regular mode you will get more experience in study and get the chance of placement too if you do it from good college or university.

Hi Sahil, for admission in a Canadian university with 58% will be extremely difficult. Atleast a first class is required. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL tests for admission purpose. You may look for PG Diploma options from good colleges in Canada. Some really good options include Concordia University, University of Saskatchewan, Seneca College, Fanshawe College and Humber College. Hope it helps.
