BCA and B.Com are both completely different streams and it majorly depends on you that what you think you are good at. Although the opportunities given by BCA are more than what B.Com offers. Moreover after both the courses you can go for MBA which further increases the number of opportunities. Also universities play a vital role in career development hence choose your university wisely.

Generally basic mathematics is taught in BCA with some advanced concepts. Also it depends on university that what they teach in their curriculum of the course. You can check out the schemes of the course in which university you are interested. Best computer schools do tell their complete scheme in advance. You can check this on the university website -
