Game designing is a creative activity where you work on your idea and develop game concepts and high level requirements of game. It then lead to technical design of game. Once technical design is over developers develop( write software code) game. Development also include game software testing.

While some of the basics might be same, the indepth course structure could differ. I would suggest to check the course structure of respective university for both.

Hey Nasir,
Admission process for MCA course might be different for every university but generally universities keep that at 60% in your graduation. Moreover coming to some good colleges you can opt for central universities like AMU, Jamia etc. Also there are private universities which offer quality education and practical exposure to the students.

BCA and BCS are similar degree with difference in few electives only. BCA has more emphasis on Computer Applications development . BCS emphasis is on Computer Organisation thus graduates will have more understanding on internals of computer architecture and computation theory. BCA is common degree with wider acceptance in IT industry.
