Hello Hema,
You have not mentioned your current qualification. So its tough to say which degree course is best for you. Both the courses have their own importance & have equal career prospects. Always remember your career growth is not completely dependent on the Industry you enter, it is more dependent on your own competitiveness, how you perform on the course and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of Interviews. So chose the course that match your current qualification, best of luck :)

Yes you can get admission for SAP Certification and you can pursue the same when you are completing the same. SAP Certification has got good merits where you can have a good career in your future.

Simultaneously with ur BCA get hands on with C on Linux, C+ on Linux, JAVA on Linux, PHP on Linux MySQL Database, Oracle Database as well. Cos Most of the Solutions now a days r Network Solutions and Linux is most popular in Network solutions. If u get certified with RHCE which will give u Linux Administration knowledge+hands on practical experience & PHP & MySQL combination for Web Development will be ultimate. You are from IT background. so i would suggest you to opt for MBA in IT specialization. you could have another option like-
finish your bca and then start working.
after taking relevant experience, enroll yourself with MBA program. this will help you to boost your career.

Eligeblity criteria for BCA is maths in +2 in reputational university or institute but in less reputed you can do BCA by having any stream in +2 , Keep in mind that after BCA most of university ask for maths in +2 for admission in master degree and you will face problems in admission if you don't have maths in +2 however as you know in india there is always a second way which follow the path of money so you can get admission in masters via donation in colleges.
