Hi,
Please remember both the course you mentioned are two different course and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
As per your query it seems that you have not done graduation, so you are not eligible for admission in MBA program.
However you may surely pursue diploma in management course, but if you wish to pursue MBA only in that case I would suggest you to first complete your graduation through distance education and once done you may then opt for distance MBA program.
As you have not done 12th as well so in that case you may opt for BPP program from IGNOU and then opt for a graduate degree.

-> There are many options for MCA graduates for higher studies. Master of Computer Application itself is a post graduation course, but there are students who like to improve their skills and knowledge by doing some other courses after MCA.
