After BCA with good command on languages( Java, C#, C, C+), you can join IT companies like Wipro Wase, Mahindra Tech. It depends on your skills. If you go for some PG course then it will help you to get a good job but it should be done from a good University/College. Many of the MCA students got placed for about 12L package or more. BCA is an UG course. After PG your demand also rises.:)
Or there is another option like SAP course or make apps for OS like Android, Windows. There you will see the requirement of programming language.

With just bca in your kitty, you will have nothing in you pocket. Do your masters and then try to fight for a job. Work exp will help you getting short listed easily. Try finding jobs in your local area in some development company.
