I would suggest rethink, as MBBS is one of the most lucrative, Nobel and best career choices. You can pursue BCA if interested or courses related to computer like B.Sc. IT / CS/ B.Tech ( Biotechnology).

CITD Hyderabad, Brijlal Biyani Science college, Savitribai Phule University are the colleges that provide PGD in mechatronics and as such there are no specific exams for this course but may be required to pass the entrance exam common for all the courses.
