It depends on you and your seriousness about getting the government job. If you are from a strong financial background, then leave your private job. If you are not, please don't leave the job. However, if you are confident that you will crack the government exam, then go for it. For a government job Some things, you have to keep in mind viz. AGE and Category. For central government jobs in Group C, where vacancies are more for people over 27, in general, or EWS. If above that age, prepare along with Job. It is possible to get admission for MS without giving entrance exam by going to direct admission process, the only requirements are that you should have already passed BCA or any other equivalent examination.

Yes, art students can take admitted to Bachelor in Computer Application courses. Eligibility Criteria: Every college has its own eligibility criteria. In general, pass in 10+2 Examination / Equivalent Examination with a minimum of 50 percent marks in aggregate in 5 subjects including English as a compulsory subject along with 4 subjects with the highest score out of the remaining subjects. The fee Structure for the MCA) course is
1- For the general category, the total fee, including tuition fees and other charges, is INR 91,770.
2- For OBC and EBC categories, the total tuition fee including other charges is INR 51,543.
3- There is no tuition fee for the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes category and they need to pay only activity and stationary charges of INR 3,270.
However, the transport charges and other charges will be charged extra as decided by the college.

No you cannot get direct admission. First you have to clear TSICET exam then you have to clear interview through this final results is declared and the best suitable candidate get admission in this course.
