There is no particular tongue. It's all about concepts and algorithms in programming. You simply need to be proficient in one language. C and C+ are the most widely used languages. Java is a good place to start. But one should start with C/C+ to start very simply and understand everything from scratch. In my case, "Let us C" proven to be a god, and I would personally suggest doing the same to begin with. A candidate for BCA needs to be knowledgeable about algorithms as well as any one language since, in the end, how you code not what language you use is what makes back end thinking better.

A general-purpose DBMS is designed to allow the definition, creation, querying, update, and administration of databases. DBMS can be used to manage transnational databases, such as HR systems, banking systems and so on.
