My suggestion is you should go for the BCA, as you want to become a software engineer and admission criteria is -45 % required for BCA in grade 12 with any stream in ITM University Gwalior.

At Amity University, Mohali, no batch has been passed out till now for BCA students, so I can not predict the highest placement package. This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case, you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research/academics/coding/ analytics/big data area, then MCA is better. However, if you want to move into general management, MBA is better.
