Hi Mani,
Though both these colleges are good I will strongly go for the one with co-op option. Being an international student, it's very important that you gain some experience while studying, this will increase your job prospects there and you can also show some international learning experience on your resume. Co-op is an essential factor in the learning environment so Conestoga I will suggest. But, confirm with them, inquire about the companies they have opportunities with, what kind of co-op learning will they provide, etc.

Hi Nandagopan Suresh, generally for PGDM work experience is not required but if you have work experience then its a plus point. It is too late for Sept 2018 intake, check the college website and ask them if they are still accepting applications for Sept 2018. Otherwise start preparing for Jan 2019.

Getting student visa with backlogs is usually difficult. The visa officer may reject your application based on the number of backlogs. If possible, try to clear them before filling in the visa application.

Hi Harshad,
Getting a job will depend on your skills, academic performance, subject knowledge and expertise. Competition is immense and you must be ready for the same. Since you have experience in non-technical sector then it will be difficult.

If the criteria of comparison between these two colleges is only job placement, then there is no winner or loser. Here is why.
Indian students are used to the concept of campus placements and on-campus recruitment for getting jobs. However, there is no concept of placements at Canadian universities or any other foreign university for that matter. The job search is driven by student interest.
A few companies that recruit through the university do not offer a job directl
