Both Tufts and Cornell University have their own reputation in United States. If we compare both the universities then Tufts University is much better than Cornell in terms of acceptance rate, net price, etc.

In Cornell University 95 per cent of the class got a job within three months of completing their graduation. One interesting fact that the data reveals is that 98 per cent of graduates with US work authorization received job offers which are slightly in comparison to graduates with non-US work authorization. 93 per centof graduates with non-US work authorization received job offers, so, having a US job authorization is definitely an advantage to getting employment in the USA.
