In the 2025 edition of National Universities category, Cornell University ranking is slightly above Top 10 Universities in the US. So, Cornell ranks at #11 in the US-specific ranking universities. In 2024, it was placed at #12 position. Over the years since 2022, the university's position has remained in the Top 20 National Universities.

For international students, Cornell University fees for an year is USD 65,204 (Around INR 55 L) for the 2023-24 academic year. Now, since this is the fee for one year, one can expect the tuition fee to be around this amount only. The living expense that a UG student has to bear are USD 25,038 (9 months). The expenses amount in INR is around INR 21 L.

Cornell’s ranking has improved in the 2025 edition of National Universities ranking by a top-ranking publisher. In 2025, the university ranks at #11 position whereas, in 2024, it ranks at #12 position. So, it can be said that the university ranks at slightly above than Top 10 Universities in the U.S. In the world rankings too, the university ranks among the Top 20 Universities in the world in the latest rankings.

Yes, Cornell University is an Ivy League university. It is privately endowed research university. The university is located in Ithaca, New York.
