Admission to DCRUST BTech courses is offered based on students merit in the JEE Main exam. Moreover, the allocation of BTech seats is done via the HSTES counselling process. As per the latest cutoff information available, the HSTES last round closing rank for the General All India category in 2024 stood ranged from 113522 to 169183.

DCRUST offers BTech courses in affiliation with over 11 affiliated colleges. Due to which, the university boasts a high number of BTech seats. Some of the colleges with prominent seat intakes include the International Institute of Technology and Management, PM Group of Institutions, and more. Out of all the affiliated colleges and institutes, PM Group of Institutions has the highest intake with 540 seats.

Once students have filled out the DCRUST BTech application form, they are required to fill out the registration form for the HSTES counselling process. The fee to apply for this counselling round are INR 1,000 for the general category and INR 700 for all reserved categories (SC/SCD/BC/PH/FF/ESM/KM/Girls). Once registered and applied, students must stay updated with the counselling dates, as they are required to participate timely.

IIT Tirupati admission is entrance-based, therefore, candidates are required to secure valid scores in accepted entrance exams and qualify for the counselling rounds for final admission. The Institute offers UG, PG and PhD level programmes, wherein, for courses such as BTech, candidates must qualify JEE Main and secure a minimum aggregate of 75% in Class 12.

REVA University BTech admission is subject to the fulfillment of the preset eligibility criteria. Hence, aspirants must ensure meeting the below-given eligibility criteria before applying for admission:
- A pass in PUC/Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects - Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Electronics/Technical Vocational subjects
- A minimum of 45% (40% in case of candidates belonging to the SC/ST category) in the above subjects taken together
